For over 115 years, the oldest Greek-letter organization for African-American women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, has been at the forefront of providing “ Service to all Mankind.” Since the chartering of Xi Upsilon Omega on September 10, 1983, we have worked tirelessly to serve countless individuals and families throughout the City of Fredericksburg and the surrounding Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland. Xi Upsilon Omega will continue to fulfill its purpose by implementing the Sorority’s 2023-2027 International Program.
